1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the sales and deliveries of catering products by Cuijine. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Orders

• Large orders (events, receptions): A minimum notice of 10 days is required.

• Daily orders: A notice of 4 to 6 days is sufficient. Order details (menu, quantities, addresses, schedules) must be confirmed at the time of validation.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Rates: Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable.

• Deposit: A deposit—the percentage of which is specified in the quote (typically between 30% and 50% of the total amount)—is required to confirm the order and secure the date for the service.

• Balance: The outstanding balance must be paid in full no later than the day of delivery (or service provision), prior to the handover of goods.

• Accepted payment methods: Instant bank transfer on the day of delivery, bank card, or cash.

4. Delivery

• Service Area: We primarily deliver to Nice, as well as throughout the PACA region (including Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, etc.) and Monaco.

• Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and are included in the total quote amount. We reserve the right to adjust the initial quote price based on the complexity or distance of the final destination.

• Liability: Cuijine accepts no liability for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, exceptional traffic conditions, blocked access, incomplete addresses, etc.).

5. Cancellation and Modification

Any cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing via:

6. Food Quality and Safety

Our products are prepared according to the strictest hygiene standards. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of the products if they are not consumed within 24 hours following delivery.

7. Liability

Cuijine cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the improper use or storage of the delivered products.

8. Complaints

Any complaints must be made at the time of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

9. Personal Data

Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those located in Nice.
